What Work Based Learning actually means
Most hotel management courses teach you in a classroom and send you on a short unpaid internship at the end. This one does not. From the start you are rostered into a working five-star hotel and study alongside the job, across all 12 months.
You are doing real work the hotel depends on — which is why it pays you a training allowance of RM1,300 a month, and why it houses and feeds you while you are on shift. The allowance reaches you through Gradduos Empire each month. You finish with a year of genuine hotel experience on your record rather than a certificate and a two-week placement.
What you study
Academy coursework in hotel management, delivered by the partner academy you enrol with. The certificate is awarded by the partner academy the student enrols with.

Internationally branded five-star hotels in Malaysia. Rostered shifts, real departments, real guests.

The RM9,000 covers your EMGS fee, your tuition, your medical screening and your airport pickup. Instalment plans available on request. Fees are paid to Gradduos Empire, which settles them with the academy. The allowance is paid directly by the host hotel and reaches you through Gradduos Empire each month. The programme runs for one year — there is no second year and no second year's tuition.

Intakes run in the second week of:

Apply well ahead — the academy needs time to process your student pass.

Which academy you join depends on your intake and your background. Your certificate comes from that academy.

Gradduos Empire handles your recruitment, your placement with an academy, your hotel placement and your accommodation, and we are here throughout your time in Malaysia. Your academy handles admission and your student pass. We will tell you plainly which of us to ask about what, so you are never sent in circles.
